I am Pauline Gikang'ah, a certified Counselor and Mediator. I am married, and together with my husband, we are proud parents of two wonderful daughters. Adoption is close to our hearts, as one of our daughters joined our family through this beautiful journey.
I am passionate about advocating for Disclosure in adoption. I firmly believe that openly sharing a child's adoption story with them empowers them to embrace their identity with confidence and equips them to rise above any negativity or stigma they may encounter.

Justice Teresia Matheka has been encouraging Adoptive Parents to be more vocal on issues concerning them. She said we need to speak more, because apart from the documents we've filed in court, nothing more is known. She didn't know that such a family of Adoptive Parents exist, thanks to Adoption Is Beautiful CBO for bringing us together.
