MERCY WANJIRU NGUGI
Mercy Wanjiru Ngugi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law.
She was called to the bar on 7th March, 1996 and has an experience spanning over twenty (20) years in private practice.
She is the founding partner of MERCY NGUGI & ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES based in Mombasa.
The firm was established on 15th May, 2015.
Her experience in legal practice is mainly in the realm of Civil and Commercial Litigation.
She has a vast experience in Family Law, Adoption (Local & International), Children matters, succession, Motor claims, Debt collection, Commercial Litigation, and public interest litigation.
She is a certified Mediator as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
She is a Faculty Member of the Justice Advocacy Africa- JAA.
Mercy Ngugi’s personal interests are singing, meditation and taking nature walks.
